摘　　要：超粘磨耗封层薄层罩面是公路预防性养护的一种高性价比的新技术。它采用专用设备进行施工,在稀浆封层微表处的过程中增加一层同步喷洒快裂快凝乳化改性沥青,在微表处冷拌合过程中同步掺入智能计量切割短丝无捻粗纱玻璃纤维,摊铺后乳化改性沥青破乳固化产生一定的强度后进行碾压成型开放交通。有着防止公路表面渗水,增大路面纹理和摩擦系数,提高沥青路面综合力学强度、降低噪音、延长使用寿命的特点。The super sticky wearing overlay is a new cost - effective technology for highway preventive maintenance. This paper used special equipment for the construction, in the process of slurry seal micro - sur- facing , added a layer of synchronization spraying fast crack fast cure modified asphalt and in the process of micro - surfacing cold mixing , synchronously incorporated smart metering cutting short silk roving glass fiber. After emulsified modified asphalt broke emulsion and had certain strength, the compacted molding opened to traffic. The super sticky wearing overlay prevented the road surface from water seepage , increased the road surface texture and friction coefficient , improved the mechanical strength of the asphalt pavement , reduced noise and extended the service life .
