摘　　要：本文在路径依赖理论框架下,分析国际金融中心的发展路径和关键事件对国际金融中心变迁的影响。在此基础上,梳理、分析和总结了伦敦和纽约金融中心演进过程中的关键事件、后续效应和经验启示。基于上述案例研究,结合北京经济金融发展现状,本文提出了北京金融中心建设能够运用的关键事件及其路径选择。In the framework of path dependence theory, the paper analyses the development path of international financial centers and the impacts of key events on international financial centers. On this basis, the paper sorts out, analyzes and summarizes the key events, the follow-up effects and enlightenment of London and New York＇s evolvement into financial centers. Based on case study and the current economic and financial conditions of Beijing, the paper presents a series of key events that Beijing can make use of in building up a financial center and the path that Beijing can choose.
