Bishyoscyamine,one unusual dimeric tropane alkaloid from Anisodus acutangulus

摘　　要：One unusual dimeric tropane alkalolcl, blshyoscyamme, was ISOlated from the roots o! Amsoaus acutangulus, whose structure including the absolute stereochemistry was unambiguously determined based on extensive 1D NMR and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS [et]D and CD spectroscopic analyses. To our knowledge, bishyoscyamine is the first example of tropane alkaloid dimer condensed by a C-N bond.One unusual dimeric tropane alkalolcl, blshyoscyamme, was ISOlated from the roots o!
