摘　　要：高校科研项目的重要性日益增强,外部保密形势变得日益复杂,项目保密管理的要求也随之提高。首先介绍了高校科研的地位及当前高校的保密形势,紧接着提出了涉密科研项目跟踪管理的概念、意义及具体措施。跟踪管理突出以预防性措施为主的管理思想,将保密工作细化至项目过程中的每个关键点,按照项目周期的规律提出了相应的跟踪管理手段。跟踪管理能够有效地预防泄密风险,保障涉密科研项目顺利地进行。With growing importance of university research projects and increasingly complex external situation, the project requirement on confidential management becomes even higher. This paper describes first the status of university and college scientific research, including their confidential situation. The it proposes the concept, significance and specific measures of project tracking management. The tracking management highlights the thinking of preventive measures, and refines the confidential work to each critical point of the project process. And finally, the measures of tracking management are formulated in accordance with the law of project cycle. Experiment indicates that the tracking management could effectively prevent the risk of disclosure and ensure the carrying-out of university and college scientific research projects.
