颅内动脉瘤手术患者等待期实施音乐干预的效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价颅内动脉瘤手术患者等待期实施音乐干预的效果。方法将132例动脉瘤手术患者按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组66例，采用常规护理；观察组66例，除常规护理外，手术前等待期间给予音乐干预。比较两组患者干预前后血压、心率变化及动脉瘤破裂情况。结果干预后观察组患者血压、心率值均低于干预前［（127.37±25.41）mmHg/（129.57±23.94）mmHg］,［（76.35±13.67）mmHg/（80.07±13.88）mmHg,［（78.28±12.00）次/分 / （86.11±11.61）次/分］,干预前后比较，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为-3.95,-3.90,5.43;P＜0.01）。观察组无动脉瘤破裂患者，对照组有3例，两组比较，差异无统计意义（χ2=4.55，P〉0.05）。结论在等待期对动脉瘤手术患者实施音乐干预，可减轻患者紧张、焦虑情绪，使血压、心率稳定，对促进手术顺利进行有重要意义。Objective To study the effect of music intervention on patients waiting for aneurysm surgery. Methods A total of 132 patients waiting for aneurysm surgery were randomly divided into two groups： the control group, which received conventional nursing, and the observation group, which was given music intervention in addition during waiting period. Blood pressure, changes of heart rate and situation of aneurysm rupture before and after intervention were observed and compared. Results After intervention, patients＇ blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety score were all lower in the observation group than in the control group [ （127.37 ± 25.41 ） mm Hg vs （ 129.57 ± 23.94） mm Hg, （76.35 ± 13.67） mm Hg vs （ 80.07 ± 13.88） mm Hg, （78.28 ± 12.00）beats/min vs （ 86.11 ± 11.61 ） beats/mini, the difference were statistical significance （ t = - 3.95, -3.90,5.43 ;P 〈0. 01 ）. There was no aneurysm rupture in the observation group and 3 in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant （ χ2 = 4.55, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Music intervention on patients waiting for aneurysm surgery can relieve their tension and anxiety, stabilize their blood pressure and heart rate, which proved to be significant for a successful surgery.
