老年干部病房开展“身心并护”服务的实践

摘　　要：目的推行“身心并护”举措，全面提升优质护理服务内涵。方法收集2011年11月至2012年3月解放军总医院老年干部病房住院患者97例，结合护理临床路径，有针对性地开展“身心并护”服务，制定患者个性化的心理档案，将音乐理疗、肌肉放松、手指操等融入日常护理中。结果为患者提供个性化的心理护理，达到资源共享；评估患者情绪，给予不同服务措施；注重沟通，增进护患关系。结论通过制定个性化心理护理措施，为患者提供精神心理支持，做到以患者为中心的护理服务，提高整体护理水平。Objective To carry out psychosomatic care so as to improve quality nursing service. Methods Ninety-seven elderly cadres admitted to PLA General Hospital from November 2011 to March 2012 were given psychosomatic care combined with nursing clinical pathway. Patients＇ personal psychological files were established, and music theory, muscles relaxation and finger exercise were included in daily care. Results Personalized psychological nursing achieved resource sharing, evaluation of patients＇ emotions provided difference nursing methods, and effective communication promoted good nurse-patient relationship. Conclusions Personalized psychological nursing methods, which are patients centered, can provide them with mental support, and improve nursing levels.
