摘　　要：将项目小组教学应用于"ERP二次开发技术"课程教学实践,不仅有助于完成学生职业技能的训练和职业素质的培养,而且能强化学生团队协作精神、领导能力,提高教学质量。项目小组教学对于充分发挥学生主体作用、引导学生主动学习是一种有效的方法。According to explain the value of the project team method, it is used in ERP secondary development courses teaching practice. The cooperation project team teaching model, not only be used to complete the cultivation of students＇ vocational skills training and professional quality, but also be used to help students to train the spirit of teamwork and leadership , and the quality of teaching. At last the project team teaching is proved to an effective way to guide students＂ active learning which is an effective reference to relation teaching research.
