摘  要:目的观察三七总皂苷对缺血心肌的保护及抗氧化作用。方法 SD大鼠分成4组,每组10只,制备ISO致心肌缺血模型,各组大鼠灌胃相应剂量的三七总皂苷液或生理盐水;3天后,测定大鼠血清SOD、MDA、LDH、ET含量及心肌组织Na+-K+ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+ATP酶以及总ATP酶活性。结果三七总皂苷组比较模型组,大鼠血清SOD含量明显升高(P<0.05),血清MDA、LDH、ET含量则明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),心肌组织中Na+-K+ATP酶、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶以及总ATP酶明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论三七总皂苷具有缺血心肌保护作用,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用及LDH、ET、ATP酶改变有关。Objective Observation of the protection and anti-oxidation effect of panax notoginseng saponins on myocardial ischemia.Methods SD rats were divided into four groups(n=10),preparation of ISO induced myocardial ischemia model,3 days later,determination the content of serum SOD,MDA,LDH,ET and the activity of Na+-K+ ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase of myocardial tissue and the activity of total ATPase.Results Compared with model group,the serum SOD content in panax notoginseng saponins group was significantly increased(P0.05),but the serum MDA,LDH and ET content was significantly reduced(P0.05 or P0.01),Na+-K+ ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase of myocardial tissue and total ATPase were significantly increased(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusions Panax notoginseng saponins has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia,the mechanism may be related to its antioxidant effect and the changes of LDH,ET and the ATPase.
