中药穴位敷贴联合按摩治疗化疗呕吐反应的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴联合按摩，结合止吐药对患者化疗后呕吐的疗效。方法选择肿瘤化疗患者119例按随机数字表法随机分为对照组（n=59）和治疗组（n=60）。两组化疗期间均使用格雷司琼葡萄糖3mg静脉注射，治疗组化疗前2h进行按摩和穴位敷贴内关（双）、足三里（双）、中脘，每天按摩3次，每天更换敷贴。比较两组患者疗效。结果两组患者化疗后消化道反应经过护理干预，有效率治疗组为78．3％，对照组为54．2％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．821，P〈0．05）。结论穴位敷贴联合按摩有利于降低化疗患者的消化道反应，改善患者的呕吐情况。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Aeupoint Application combined with massage in preventing nausea and vomiting in patients after chemotherapy. Methods Totals of 127 cases of patients who received tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each with 60 cases. Both groups received 3 mg intravenous injection of Granisetron Glucose, and the treatment group received massage and Acupoint Application on Neiguan （double） , Zusanli （double） as welt as Zhongwan 3 times a day. Two groups＇ treatment effects were compared. Results After nursing intervention for gastrointestinal reaction in two groups, the effective rate was 78.3% in the treatment group and 54.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ X^2= 4.82t, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Aeupoint application combined with massage is helpful to reduce gastrointestinal reaction in patients after chemotherapy and prevent their vomiting.
