摘  要:泡沫钻井技术具有携岩能力强、耗气量少、能够防止地层漏失、有效处理地层出水等优点。从钻井实践看,泡沫流体稳定性强,返至地表后难以消泡,泡沫基液只能一次性使用,泡沫材料消耗多、成本高,制约了泡沫钻井技术的发展。对国内外现有消泡技术进行了调研分析,对自然消泡法、物理消泡法和化学消泡法的消泡机理及特点进行了详细介绍和分析。In recent years, due to the superior characteristics such as high capacity of carrying stone powder, low gas consumption, ability of preventing formation leakage and effectively dealing with the production of formation water and so on, foam drilling technology is more and more widely used. However,from drilling practice,foam drilling has some shortcomings: foam fluid has strong stability,so it is difficult to defoam when return to the surface;the consumption of foam material is high and the base fluid of foam can only be used once. All these shortcomings restrict the devel- opment of foam drilling technology. This paper researched on the analysis of the existed defoaming technology at home and abroad, and then gave a detailed introduction and analysis about the mechanism and the features of natural defoaming method,physical defoaming method and chemical defoaming method.
