两种汽轮机高背压供热改造技术的分析

摘　　要：论述两种150 MW等级再热机组高背压供热改造技术的特点。采用"双背压双转子互换"改造方式,对高背压运行的低压转子进行重新设计,并采用液压联轴器螺栓实现高、低背压运行的低压转子互换,使得机组在两种背压下运行,都能够保持较好的经济指标和低压缸效率;低压缸采用一次性改造,在高、低背压下两套动静叶片互换的改造方式,低压缸内气流通道不光顺,气流流动不连贯,导致低压缸内存在涡流,低压缸效率低。两种改造方式,都实现了采暖季节高背压供热方式运行,消除了冷源损失,机组经济性大幅提高。由性能试验,得到改造后机组在正常背压纯凝工况和高背压供热工况下运行的经济指标。高背压供热工况下,机组试验热耗率达到3700～3800 kJ/kW..h,热效率达到95%～97%。正常背压凝汽工况下运行,机组能够恢复改造前的热耗率和出力。It discussed the characteristics in two reconstruction ways of high back pressure heat supply of 150MW reheat units. The reconstruction way of switch between double back pressure and double LP rotors redesigns the LP rotor, realizing the switch between two LP rotors by hydraulic coupling bolts, so the unit can operates under two kinds of back pressure and maintains better economic index and LP cylinder efficiency. The one-off reconstruction of LP cylinder supplies the switch of moving blades and fixed blades under high or low pressure. Under this reconstruction way, the flow in LP cylinder is not coherent which can leading to eddy current and lower efficiency. The two reconstruction ways both realize the high back pressure operation in heat supply season, which can eliminate cold source loss and advance the units efficiency. The economic index of reconstructive units in normal back pressure conditions and high back pressure heating conditions can be obtained by performance test. In the high back pressure heating conditions, the unit heat rate decreases to 3700-3800 kJ/kW, h, and the thermal efficiency is 95-97%. At normal back pressure condition, the unit renews its original heat rate and output before reconstruction.
