经济资源、文化制度与对外直接投资的区位选择——基于江苏省面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：江苏省地处经济发达的长三角地区,是我国对外直接投资的大省。本文基于江苏省2007-2010年对60个国家或地区投资的面板数据计量模型对我国对外直接投资区位的经济资源和文化制度等因素的影响进行更为深入、具体的研究,以期为政策制定提供支持。研究结果表明:东道国的能源产量、制度因素、文化因素均对江苏省的对外直接投资有显著影响;而东道国的GDP与江苏省对其直接投资呈负相关性;江苏省对发达国家的投资倾向于技术创新型。With the development of China’s economy,natural resources probably become important factor effecting China’s OFDI location choice.In addition to this,does economy development level,institution and culture of host country also play important roles？ Jiangsu province,located in the economically developed Yangtze River Delta region,is an important province contributing to China’s OFDI.Since that,this article aims to make a more in depth study on the influence of economy resources and cultural institution factors on the choice of China’s OFDI location choice,with the expectancy to support our country’s policy formulation.Our research shows that,energy output,institution and cultural factors of host country all have significant impact on the OFDI of Jiangsu province,while host countries’ GDP is negatively related to the OFDI of Jiangsu province,and Jiangsu province tends to invest in the technological innovation states when choosing among developed countries.
