摘　　要：目的建立消肿接骨贴中芍药苷测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法外标法测定。采用ThermoC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12:88);体积流量:1.0mL/min;检测波长:230nm;柱温:25℃;进样量10μL。结果芍药苷进样量在0.1248～1.2480μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.94%,RSD值为1.73%(n=6)。结论本研究方法专属性强,灵敏度高,简便、准确、重现性好,可用于消肿接骨贴中芍药苷的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xiaozhong Jiegu Plaster.Methods The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC with external standard method.Thermo C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-0.1% orthophosphoric acid（12：88） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The injection volume was 10 μL.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.124 8 — 1.248 0 μg（r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 98.94%（RSD=1.73%,n=6）.Conclusion The established method is specific,sensitive,simple,accurate,reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Xiaozhong Jiegu Plaster.
