摘  要:为研究聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/玻纤膜结构材料在工程应用中的力学性能,对其单向拉伸、面内各向拉伸及耐折叠性能等进行实验研究。结果表明:织物在织造和涂层中经向经纬向纱线受力和屈曲状态的差异,使得膜材在拉伸过程中强度和伸长率在纵向和横向均存在差异。PTFE/玻纤膜材是典型的各向异性材料,在不同的拉伸方向上表现不同。由于玻璃纤维本身的脆性及不耐折的特点,膜材在折叠后其强力有较大的损失,随着折叠次数增加,强力损失越大。To the study the mechanical properties of PTFE/fiberglass membrane structure materials in engineering applications, the unidirectional tension property, stretching in different angles and folding resistance performance were investigated by experiments. The results show that the membrane strength and elongation in the stretching process in warp and weft direction are different, which result of the differences of tension force and crimp of warp and weft yarns in the fabric during weaving and coating process. PTFE/glass fiber membrane is a typical anisotropic materials, and show different behave in different tensile direction. The strength of membrane after folding loss greater due to the brittleness of the glass fiber itself, and increased as the number of folds, the greater the strength loss.
