摘 要:本实验对竹浆、阔叶木浆和麦草浆三种浆料筛分后进行磨浆,对比了细小纤维对三种浆料的打浆度和纸页强度性能的影响。结果发现,筛分除去细小纤维之后,竹浆打浆度大幅降低,麦草浆和阔叶木浆打浆度变化较小。细小纤维对草浆的抗张指数和耐破指数影响较大,对竹浆和阔叶木浆的抗张指数和耐破指数影响较小,筛除细小纤维后,麦草浆的抗张指数增加了20N.m/g,耐破指数增加了0.5KPa.m2/g。细小纤维对竹浆的撕裂指数影响较大,对麦草浆的撕裂指数影响较小,筛除细小纤维之后,竹浆的撕裂指数增加了4.9mN.m2/g。In this study, three kinds of pulps were beaten after removing the fines, the beating degree of pulps and strength properties of sheets were compared. The results showed that the fines had different influence on the beating degree and paper properties. After removing the fines, the beating degree of bamboo pulp had a significant de- crease, but that of wheat straw pulp and hardwood pulp changed slightly. After removing the fines, the tensile index and burst index of wheat straw pulp had an obvious increase, but those of bamboo pulp and wheat straw pulp in- creased slightly, the tensile index of wheat straw pulp increased by 20N · m/g and the burst index of wheat straw pulp increased by 0.5KPa · m2/g. The tear index of bamboo pulp without fines increased by 4.9raN · m2/g,but that of wheat straw pulp increased slightly.
