摘 要:制浆中段废水成分复杂,含有大量纤维素、半纤维素、木质素和果胶等有机物,采用传统的活性污泥法效果不佳,而投加EM菌可以有效提高活性污泥法处理制浆中段废水的效果。本文在投加EM菌的情况下,通过单因素实验,分别考察了pH、曝气时间、EM菌投加量、温度及EM菌不同世代对活性污泥法处理制浆中段废水的影响。实验结果表明,投加EM菌可以明显提高废水的处理效果,最佳反应条件即pH为7,曝气时间为22h,EM菌投加量为0.4g/L,反应温度为30℃时,CODCr去除率可以达到70%左右,且一代和二代EM菌对活性污泥法处理制浆中段废水的效果相差不大。Composition of the mid-stage pulping effluent is complex, containing large amounts of cellulose, hemi- cellulose, lignin, pectin and other organic matters. Biological treatment of mid-stage pulping effluent could not a- chieve ideal efficiency. The effect of the activated sludge process on treating the mid-stage pulping effluent can be improved by dosing EM bacteria. In the case of dosing EM bacteria, the effects of pH, aeration time, EM bacteria dosage, temperature and different generations of EM bacteria on the effect of mid-stage pulping effluent treatment by activated sludge were studied using single factor experiments. Experimental results showed that the treatment effi- ciency of the wastewater increased obviously by adding EM bacteria. The CODcr removal efficiency reached about 70% under the condition of pH 7.0, the aeration time of 22h, the EM bacteria dosage of 0.4g/L and the reaction temperature of 30℃. And there was little difference between the first and the second generation of EM bacteria to the treatment efficiency of mid-stage pulping effluent by activated sludge
