广西外商投资企业利润汇出管理存在问题及对策建议

摘　　要：本文在分析广西外商投资企业利润汇出规模、行业类型、大额利润汇出等情况的基础上,全面梳理了当前外商投资企业利润汇出管理存在的问题,如利润汇出管理未形成有效监管合力、真实性审核依赖第三方、应付股利管理不够规范等,并从协调监管、加强真实性审核、完善应付股利管理等方面提出了相关的对策建议。Based on the analysis of the Guangxi foreign investment enterprise profits from the export scale,indus try type and the large amount of profits remitted,we research on the problems of management of foreign investment profits remitted comprehensively.Profits remitted management don’t form effective supervision force,authenticity re view rely on the third party,and dividends payable management is not standard.Then we put forward relevant counter measures and suggestions to solve those problems,such as coordination of supervision,strengthen the authenticity re view,perfecting the dividends payable management.
