摘　　要：在我国现有高度寡头垄断的银行市场结构中,城市商业银行在区域经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。近几年来城市商业银行纷纷谋求跨区域发展。监管部门要高度重视城市商业银行跨区经营对金融资源配置、区域经济发展及中小企业金融服务影响,审慎重启其跨区经营审批,限制其分支机构向中心城市聚集,发挥好服务区域、服务中小的功能定位,促进区域平衡协调发展。City commercial banks play an important role in regional economic development in our highly oligopo listic banking market structure.In recent years,City commercial banks have sought to cross-regional development.Su pervision departments should pay more attention to the impacts exerted by the city commercial banks spanned opera tion on the allocation of financial resources,regional economic development and financial services for SMEs,prudent ly restart its cross-regional business approval,limit its branches to the central city,make city commercial bank play a good role in serving the local region and the small and medium-sized enterprises,promote the coordinated develop ment of regional balance.
