县域金融支持贫困县特色产业发展的思考——以广西上林县优质米产业为例

摘　　要：贫困县以农业生产为主,大力发展地方特色产业,突出贫困县的特色资源,是贫困县能够持续迅速发展的有效途径。本文以国家级贫困县——广西上林县优质米产业为例,通过种植、收购、加工、销售一条线的调查研究分析,找出金融支持优质米产业化存在的问题,提出加强金融服务优质米生产产业的对策措施。Agriculture is the main industry in poverty counties,the effective way to realize sustainable and rapid development is to develop local characteristic industry and utilize characteristic resources of poverty counties.In this paper,we take high quality rice industry of Shanglin as an example.First,we investigate and analyze the industrial chain,including planting,purchase,processing,and sale.Then,we discover problems of finance support to high quality rice industry.Finally,we put forward countermeasures on strengthening finance service to high quality rice in dustry.
