八珍益母片中芍药苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立八珍益母片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱Agilent 20RBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17:83)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温35℃。结果芍药苷在0.2088～4.176μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD=1.2%。结论本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为八珍益母片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。Objective To establish the method for determination of paeoniflorin in Bahzen Yimu Pill. Methods The analysis was carried out at 35 ＊C on a chromatographic column for Agilent 20RBAX SB-C 18 （250 mm x 4. 6 ram,5 ~m） ,The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-O. 1% phosphoric acid water（ 17：83 ）with the flow rate for 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results The calibration curve of determina- tion for paeoniflorin was a good linear relation in the range of 0. 2088 ~ 4. 176p^g （r = 0. 9999）, the average re- covery was 98.7%, RSD = 1.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used as quality control for determination of paeoniflorin in Bahzen Yimu Pian.
