摘　　要：本文对19幢高校行政办公建筑的全年能耗数据进行分析和研究,获得了上海地区高校办公建筑的能耗指标及用能特点,并从管理、行为、技术及加强能源监管等四个方面提出了高校办公建筑的节能措施,可为高校办公建筑的节能运行提供参考。Selecting 19 office buildings of higher educations in Shanghai, the paper gives a comparative analysis of the office building energy consumption data in 2010, and draws a conclusion of the energy consumption index and characteristics. Energy saving methods is provided in three aspects： methods of management, behavior and technology energy saving, providing reference of energy saving operation for the office building.
