摘 要:本文以上海一家医院的Ⅰ级洁净手术室为例,对其采取不同空气处理方式的情况下,分析其能耗与卫生状况。并在此基础上,建立了包括一次回风、二次回风和温湿度独立控制的手术室空调系统仿真模型,通过对比分析,认为温湿度独立控制系统的潜热负荷全部由新风机组承担,独立循环机组运行在干工况的状态,对生物环境的控制效果更佳;其在系统的整体节能性上也表现更好。最后通过回收冷凝热的办法,对一次回风与二次回风系统模型做了进一步的优化与分析。Selecting a Class I clean operating room of a hospital in Shanghai with different air handling methods, and analyzing its energy consumption and health status. On this basis, take the OR as a simulation model of HVAC systems, including primary return air, secondary return air and temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system. Through a comparative analysis of these models, it is thought that THIC system performed better in bio-environmental control because the fresh air handling unit undertook all the latent heat load, while the independent circulation unit operated in the dry cooling condition. THIC system also shows better performance in system energy efficiency. Finally, by the method of recovery of condensing heat, take primary and secondary return air system models for further optimization and analysis.
