摘 要:移相全桥零电压变换器是中大功率直流变换的理想拓扑结构,但在其输出整流二极管反向恢复时,整流桥产生寄生振荡,二极管上存在很高的尖峰电压。本文从工作过程、损耗和效率等方面分析比较了超前型原边带箝位二极管的辅助谐振支路和滞后型原边带箝位二极管的辅助谐振支路。仿真和实验表明,超前型带箝位二极管辅助谐振支路能够更有效地抑制输出整流二极管两端的电压振荡,提高效率,降低损耗。The phase-shied full-bridge medium and high power levels. However, there zero-voltage-switching PWM exists a problem of this kind converter is widely used at of converter, that the output rectifier diodes suffer the parasitic oscillation and voltage spike resulted by the reverse recovery of the rectifier diodes. The paper makes comparison between leading type and legging type auxiliary resonant branch with clamping diodes in the first side of transformer from the working process,losses and effciency ets. The simulations and tests results show that leading type auxiliary resonant branch with clamping diodes makse the voltage oscillation in the both ends of the output rectifier diodes more effectively restrained, improves the efficiency and reduces the losses of the circuit.
