摘 要:为了安全运输海洋工程结构物、降低船员疲劳程度,用VB实现了半潜船潜浮仿真及计算机辅助控制系统。在原"泰安口"半潜船压载水仿真系统基础上,设计了半潜船潜浮作业自动控制逻辑,能自动控制半潜船空载下潜、空载上浮、载货下潜、载货上浮;同时还增设了半潜船潜浮作业实时动画仿真模块,不但能动态地模拟压载水系统自由压排水、空压机式压排水以及泵式压排水工作的全过程,还以Flash动画的形式实时模拟了半潜船潜浮进度。经测试能够控制半潜船下潜上浮功能,且仿真效果令人满意。For the safety of transporting offshore structures as well as the less control burden, a submerging and surfacing simulation/computer aided control system is developed with VB. Based on the existing ballast water simulation system of the semi submersible vessel "TaiAnKou", an automatic control algorithm of submerging and surfa cing operations for the same vessel is designed for submerging/surfacing loaded/ unloaded. Besides, the real-time simulation animation is added allowing the system not only to display dynamically the entire process of blowing the ballast by the free pressure, the air compressor or the pump, but also to show the submerging and surfacing pro gress of the vessel in real-time flash animation. The tests show that the system does submerging and surfacing well as well as satisfactory simulation.
