蚁附蠲痹颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察蚁附蠲痹颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响,为其临床提供药理学基础。方法:采用小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统吞噬功能试验、DNCB所致小鼠耳廓迟发型超敏反应试验、小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞增殖试验和小鼠溶血素抗体生成试验考察蚁附蠲痹颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:蚁附蠲痹颗粒能够促进小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能、对抗DNCB所致小鼠皮肤迟发性超敏反应引起的耳廓肿胀、抑制小鼠外周血T细胞细胞增殖,并能促进正常小鼠溶血素抗体生成。结论:蚁附蠲痹颗粒具有调节机体免疫功能的作用。Objective：To investigate immune function of Yi-fu-juan-bi particles on normal mice,provide pharmacological evidence for clinical.Methods：Induction of monocyte macrophage phagocytosis test,DNCB-induced ear edema of delayed-type hypersensitivity test and peripheral blood T lymphocyte proliferation test,as well as hemolysin antibody test of nolmal mouse were used to investigate the immune function of Yi-fu-juan-bi particles.Results：Yi-fu-juan-bi particles could not only promote the phagocytic function of mouse monocyte-macrophage system,inhibit the effect of ear edema induced by DNCB and peripheral blood T cell proliferation,but also increase the hemolysin antibody formation of mouse.Conclusion：Yi-fu-juan-bi particles has a role in modulation of immune function.
