摘  要:目的:正交试验法优选冠心康胶囊水提工艺条件。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿苷含量并进行方法学考察;以淫羊藿苷含量及干浸膏收率为综合评价指标,选取影响水溶性成分提取率的蒸馏水的量、煎煮提取时间及煎煮次数作为考察因素,应用L9(34)正交试验设计选取最佳水提工艺条件。结果:最佳水提工艺条件为加10倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次60 min。结论:优选所得提取工艺条件稳定可行,可为冠心康胶囊的工业生产提供试验依据。Objective:To optimize the extraction condition with water of Guan-xin-kang capsule by orthogonal design.Methods:The measurement method of icariin was determined by HPLC.The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the L9(34) orthogonal design.Using two indexes including the content of icariin and the extract weight as the investigation factors,the water amount,the extraction time and the extraction times were used as the main factors.Results:The optimal conditions were as follows: the raw materials were extracted three times with 10 times of water for 60 min.Conclusion:This optimized process was stable and feasible,it could provide test basis for industrial production of Guan-xin-kang capsule.
