摘　　要：目的:分析不同程度遮阴处理对羌活叶绿素含量的影响。方法:紫外分光光度法。结果:两组不同遮阴处理的样品叶绿素含量差异不明显,但均明显高于对照组。结论:遮阴对羌活叶绿素含量影响差异显著,以70%黑色遮阳网覆盖2层羌活叶绿素含量较高。Objective： to analysis the different degree overshadow treatment on the influenceof notopterygium chlorophyll content.Methods： Ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result： Two groups of different overshadow processing samples chlorophyll content difference is not obvious,but were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion： To overshadow notopterygium chlorophyll content have significant influence,and the group which is covered by 70% black sunshade screen with tow layer have the higher notopterygium chlorophyll content.
