盆炎净洗剂中有效成分的含量分析

摘　　要：目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)分析盆炎净洗剂中有效成分杨梅苷的含量。方法:ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(12∶88)作为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温:30℃;检测波长:352 nm。结果:杨梅苷在2.12～42.4μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.06%。结论:本方法便简准确,可用于该制剂中党参炔苷的定量分析。Objective：To establish the RP-HPLC method for the determination of myricetrin in Pen-yan-jing Lotion.Methods：The ZORBAX SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile： 0.1 % H3PO4（12∶ 88,v/v）,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃ the detecting wavelength was at 352 nm.Results：The cablibration curve was linear within a range of 2.12~42.4 μg/mL,the average recovery of this method was 99.7 % and the RSD was 1.06 %.Conclusion：The method is simple,repeatable and accurate,it can be applied in quantitative determination of myricetrin in Penyanjing Lotion.
