中药熏洗治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的体会

摘　　要：中药熏洗疗法是中医外治法的重要组成部分。糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症为糖尿病常见的并发症,其基本病机为阴虚火旺,肌肤失荣。消风止痒汤由消风散加减而成,具有滋阴降火,祛风止痒的功效。本文以自拟方剂消风止痒汤为主方加减,采用中药熏洗疗法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症,取得满意的疗效。Objective：Chinese herbal fumigation and washing is the important part of external treatment of traditional chinese medicine.Diabetic pruritus is the common complications of diabetes mellitus.Its basic pathogenesis is yin deficiency and fire excess,malnutrition of skin and muscle.Xiao-feng-zhi-yang-tang is modified by Xiao-feng powder and has the efficiency of nourishing yin to remove fire and expelling wind and stopping itching.Good results are obtained to treat diabetic pruritus by using self-drafted prescription Xiao-feng-zhi-yang-tang and Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing.
