张虹教授运用面部挂针法治疗面肌痉挛的验案举隅

摘　　要：面肌痉挛属中医学"痉症"范畴,由人体正气不足,外邪滞留面部经筋,致气血运行受阻,经脉失养所导致。在治疗上多采用针灸治疗,且运用面部挂针法治疗面肌痉挛效果尤佳。张虹教授运用此法在治疗面肌痉挛的过程中取得了良好的疗效。Hemifacial spasm belongs to the ＂spasm syndrome＂ of category in TCM.The etiology of this kind of disease is that：because of the lack of vital Qi,the external pathogenic Qi invade the body and stay in the facial aponeurotic channels.And then the Qi and blood is obstructed and can not nourish the meridians.In the clinic,the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment have more effective.This article documents the experience of professor Zhang Hong that using the facial hitch needle to treat hemifacial spasm.Professor Zhang Hong has applied this method in the treatment of hemifacial spasm in the process and achieved good results.
