摘  要:通过对云南玉溪新兴钢铁公司3号高炉(1 080m3)铁量平衡情况分析,得出渣中带铁和铁罐粘结是铁损高的主要因素。通过对炉渣进行扫描电镜分析和对铁水Ti溶解度的计算,查明Ti(C,N)的生成是钒钛矿冶炼铁损高的主要原因。研究了w(Ti)和铁水温度与铁损的关系,得出铁损随w(Ti)增加而升高,随铁水温度升高而降低。Through analysis on the balance of iron content of No. 3 blast furnace (1 080 m^3) of Yugang, primary factors affecting the iron loss were concluded due to the iron carried in slag and the pick-up in the ladle. SEM analysis of slag and calculation of solubility of Ti in molten iron revealed that the formation of Ti (C, N) was the main cause of iron loss in vanadium-titanium ore smelting. Study on the relation between w(Ti), temperature of molten iron and iron loss revealed that the iron loss increased proportionately with the increase of w (Ti) and decreased with the increase of the temperature of molten iron.
