摘 要:工业锅炉仿真培训系统能有效提高司炉工的实际操作技能。归纳了当前工业锅炉操作培训的主要方式及特点,综述了工业锅炉仿真培训系统的研究现状,分析了不同培训装置的技术水平及开发手段,并从软硬件构架、系统功能、涉及的技术等方面总结了半物理式锅炉仿真培训系统的技术特点,最后从节能操作培训、可靠性、仿真效果和系统功能四个方面提出了锅炉培训系统的发展方向,对工业锅炉仿真培训系统的设计和开发具有一定的指导意义。The industrial boiler simulation training system (IBSTS) can effectively improve the practical skills of stokers. In this work, the current methods and characteristics of industrial boiler operation training was summarized. The research status of IBSTS was reviewed. The technical level and development tools of different training devices were analyzed. And the technical characteristics of the semi-physical IBSTS were summarized from the aspects of hardware architecture, software method, system function, and technology involved. Finally, the development direction of boiler training system was proposed from the four aspects of energy-saving operation training, re|lability, simulation effectiveness, and system function. This work has some guiding significance for the design and devetopment of IBSTS.
