摘　　要：介绍了一种基于开源软件的配网重构遗传算法程序的开发策略,所用开源程序库均可从互联网免费下载和自由使用,大大降低了程序开发的难度,并保证了所开发程序的品质和良好的可扩展性。算例表明本文程序的有效性。A novel strategy to develop genetic algorithm program for distribution network reconfiguration based on open-source software is introduced in this paper. All the utilized open-source packages can be downloaded freely from internet, which will reduce the difficulty of program development dramatically, while the quality and extensibility can be maintained easily. Examples can show the validity of the developed program.
