摘  要:国内设计院在电厂和变电站的接地设计时,一直使用中国的电力行业标准DL/T621—1997标准,它与IEEE标准无论在设计方法还是原理等方面都存在较大差别,给涉外工程电气设计工作带来很大困难。在查阅了国内外接地相关标准及文献后,通过接地装置导体截面的选择、接地电阻值、接触电位差和跨步电位差要求值等3个方面,比较2个标准的主要异同点;逐一列举并讨论2种标准在这3个方面各自的特点和计算方法;并应用不同标准中的计算公式进行分析和推导,从而得出有助于涉外工程接地设计和计算的结论。In the design of power plant and substation grounding,as China's electric standard DL/T 621-1997 has been adopted by domestic design institutes for a long time,which has big differences in the design method and principles with the IEEE standard,it has arosed great difficulty in the electric design work for overseas projects.Based on the review of the relative domestic and foreign grounding standards and literatures,the differences and similarities between these two standards are compared from three aspects:the choice of grounding conductor section,the grounding resistance,as well as the required value of step and contact voltages.Then the characteristics and calculation methods of these two standards in these three aspects are presented and discussed.Furthermore,through analyzing and derivating the calculation formulas listed in the two standards,some useful conclusions of grounding design and calculation for overseas power projects are proposed.
