摘  要:针对目前直流联网工程没有统一、规范的工程评价标准的现状,结合此类工程投资、建设及运维特点,从项目过程评价、项目经济评价、项目影响评价、项目技术评价、项目管理评价和项目目标评价6个方面构建了直流联网工程成功度评价指标体系。鉴于指标体系的多层次性,采用模糊识别方法,对指标逐级进行成功度的模糊识别。最后通过算例,分析并验证了多层模糊识别模型的可行性。该指标体系和成功度评价模型对于客观、准确地评价直流联网工程的成功度具有一定的参考价值。Because there is no uniform evaluation standard for DC interconnection project, combined with the characteristics of the project's investment, construction and operation, the evaluation index system of success degree for DC interconnection project is built in this paper from six aspects: the process evaluation, the economic evaluation, the impact evaluation, the management evaluation, the technology evaluation and the target evaluation. In view of the multiple levels of the index system, the success degree at each level is recognized by fuzzy recognition method. Finally, the feasibility of multi-level fuzzy recognition model is analyzed and verified by examples. The index system and the evaluation model have the certain reference value for the objective and accurate evaluation of success degree of DC interconnection project.
