摘　　要：本文通过构建深圳市建设用地经济效益指标体系,采用因子分析法对其进行定量研究,得出产业结构、建设用地结构及利用程度是造成建设用地经济效益差异的关键所在。本文为高度城市化地区建设用地合理高效利用提供借鉴和参考。By constructing the economic efficiency index system of construction land in Shenzhen,this paper conducts quantitative research on it using factor analysis method,and draws the conclusion that the industrial structure,the structure and the degree of utilization of construction land are the key causes for the difference in the economic efficiency of construction land.This paper provides references for the rational and efficient use of construction land in a highly urbanized area.
