摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析方法对张掖市生态农业产业集群发展进行了系统分析,认为张掖市生态农业集群发展的优势是农业基础稳固、特色产业明显、发展生态经济有潜力;劣势是龙头企业规模小、农户组织化程度低、市场服务及集群层次较低;机遇是新农村建设、绿色消费兴起、绿洲现代农业示范区建设及土地流转机制的运行;威胁是生态农业缺乏内源动力和生态环境恶化趋势。并指出通过加强政府支持、龙头企业建设、农户组织化、区域生态产品品牌、市场体系建设等对策,推动张掖市生态农业产业集群快速健康发展。Based on a systematic analysis of the development of ecological agricultural cluster in Zhangye by means of SWOT,the paper points out the advantages and disadvantages.The advantages lie in its solid foundation,distinct characteristics and potential for further development,while the disadvantages reside in the fact that the leading industries are on a small scale,and the levels of market service and clusters are relatively low.Meanwhile,the opportunities for the development of ecological agricultural cluster in Zhangye are the building of new rural areas,the rising of green consumption,construction of modern agricultural zone and land transfer mechanism;the challenges are the lack of internal impetus to develop and the deterioration of ecological environment.Hence,it is pointed out that strengthening the support of building leading industries,systemization of farmers,cultivating brands of regional ecological products,building marketing system are conducive to the healthy development of ecological agricultural cluster in Zhangye.
