摘　　要：资源环境约束越来越成为城市持续健康发展的制约因素,而节能减排是解决该问题的有效途径。发展循环经济是实现区域可持续发展和环境保护的战略选择。本文以雅安市为例,结合循环经济和产业生态学理论,以发展生态产业为主线,重点从企业和园区这两个层面来探讨节能减排路径。Energy resources and environmental constraints are increasingly becoming a city’s sustained development constraints,energy saving pollution reduction is an effective way to solve the problem.To develop circular economy is a strategic selection of regional sustainable development and environment protection.In this paper,Ya’an City,for example,combining circular economy and industrial ecology theory,through developing eco-industries,to explore energy saving pollution reduction implementation path in the enterprise and park ’s level.
