摘　　要：耗散结构理论对于解决平衡和非平衡、无序与有序、稳定与非稳定、局部和整体等范畴的问题有其独特的贡献。文章基于耗散结构理论的内涵特征,对矿山生态环境保护的耗散结构的形成进行分析,并从新的理论视角下提出促进矿山环境保护耗散结构形成的对策,以期矿山生态环境的保护更为有效。Dissipative structure theory has unique contribution for solving the balanced and unbalanced,chaotic and orderly,stable and unstable,local and global issues.Article is based on the content features of the theory,analyze the formation of dissipative structures of the mine ecological and environmental protection and in the new theoretical perspective,Propose countermeasures to form the dissipative structures on the mine environmental protection,Want to more effective on mine environment protection.
