摘　　要：On December 25, 2012, the Third Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation （CASIC） and the Management Committee of Harbin High ＆ New Technology Industrial Development Zone signed an agreement in Beijing to officially establish the High- tech Aerospace Innovation Industrial Park in the Science and Technological Innovation Town of Harbin City. It is reported that this is the first high-tech aerospace innovation industrial park to produce high-end titanium alloy products in China.
