摘 要:目的分析毛细管网作为高效的散热末端,应用于太阳能热水采暖系统的可行性.方法建立了以毛细管网为散热末端的太阳能热水采暖系统,测试铺设于壁面的毛细管网的散热性能以及其对室内热性能的影响,对比了毛细管网与普通地板采暖散热末端的经济性.结果研究表明:毛细管网墙壁采暖的传热系数k=1.638 W/(m2.k),换热效率为79.9%;在供回水温度40~35℃,室外平均温度-22℃情况下,运行期间能使房间平均温度维持在17.65℃;对太阳能热水采暖系统而言,毛细管网比普通地板采暖散热末端具有更好的综合性能,成本节约达9%.结论毛细管席间距很小的平行毛细管均匀分布,热交换面积大,同时毛细管网与室内通过辐射方式换热,使室内温度分布均匀,且提供了最佳的热舒适性;太阳能与毛细管辐射供暖系统相结合,不仅节省了大量能源,还提高了空间的利用率.The objective of this study is to analyze the possibility of applying capillary network as efficient heating end in solar hot water heating system. This paper established a set of capillary network used in solar hot water heating system, and tested heat dissipation performance, then its influence on indoor thermal performance is analyzed, and an economic analysis is done between capillary network and common floor heating end. The result shows that the heat transfer coefficient K of the capillary network wall heating is 1. 638 W! m2. K,thermal efficiency 79.9% ;the average room temperature keeps around 17.65 ~C while outdoor average temperature is -22 ℃ and the supply and return water temperature were 40/35 ℃ ;The capillary network has better comprehensive performance than ordinary floor heating and the cost saves up to 9%. The capillary network is evenly distributed by very closely spaced parallel capillary tubes, which enlarges the heat exchange area, then the heat transfer way between the capillary network and interior is radiation, so that it makes the indoor temperature distribute uniform and offer the best thermal comfort;the combination of thesolar energy and capillary radiation heating system not only saves lots of energy but also improves the space utilization.
