摘  要:目的研究厌氧氨氧化反应的脱氮效果及厌氧氨氧化反应的主要影响因素,为低碳氮比废水提供简洁经济脱氮途径.方法连续培养试验采用UASB装置,控制温度为30℃、HRT为48 h、pH为8.0,控制进水NH4+-N/NO2--N质量浓度比为1∶1.32,分批培养采用厌氧瓶,改变温度(20~40℃)、pH值(6.0~9.0)来研究影响厌氧氨氧化的因素.结果进水氨氮的质量浓度为150.735 mg/L,亚硝态氮进水质量浓度为198.705 mg/L时脱氮效果最好,去除率能够达到70%以上.厌氧氨氧化反应的适宜温度为30℃左右,适宜pH值为8.0左右.结论采用UASB成功实现了厌氧氨氧化反应的启动并且具有高效的脱氮效果,为实际的工程应用提供了参考条件.This research aims to discuss the impact on the nitrogen removal of anammox and main influence factors,by using of continuous culture to discuss the nitrogen removal, and then the batch culture to discuss the influencing factors study. We study the situation of nitrogen transformation when anammox activated, and under main influence factors, the nitrogen removal of anammox. Continuous culture experiment was conducted in UASB reactors, and control the temperature to 30 ℃, HRT to 48 h, pH to 8.0, the influent NH4 -N/ NO2 - -N concentration ratio of 1:1.32. Batch culture uses anaerobic bottle, changes the temperature (20 40 ~C ), pH values(6. 0 -9.0)to study the factors that affect the anammox. The results show that when the concentration influent ammonia was 150. 735 mg/L, the influent nitrite concentration was 198. 705 mg/L, denitrification effect achieve the best, the removal rate can reach 70% or more. The anammox reaction optimum temperature was about 30 ℃, the optimum pH was about 8.0. It successfully accomplish the anammox reaction start by UASB and have high efficiency of denitrification, provides reference conditions for practical engineering application.
