摘  要:目的:探讨外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的数量与不稳定性心绞痛患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法:选取不稳定性心绞痛患者53例作为患者组,同期无冠状动脉病变患者33例作为对照组。患者入院后即抽取静脉血,采用流式细胞仪检测单个核细胞中CD34及CD133双阳性细胞(EPCs)的数量。然后行冠状动脉造影,采用Gensini评分系统对冠脉病变程度进行定量分析。分析外周血EPCs数量与冠脉病变程度的关系。结果:不稳定性心绞痛患者外周血EPCs数量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);冠状动脉狭窄程度严重的患者外周血EPCs数量明显高于狭窄程度较低的患者(P<0.05);冠脉狭窄的严重程度与EPCs数量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:不稳定性心绞痛患者外周血内皮祖细胞的数量明显降低,冠脉狭窄可导致外周血EPCs数量增多。Objectives: To investigate the correlation between endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) from peripheral blood and coronary artery stenosis in patients with unstable angina(UA). Methods: Eighty patients were divided into UA group(n= 53) and control group(n= 33). The number of circulating CD34+/CD133+ of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) from two groups were counted by flow cytometry at the time of admission. Severity of coronary steno;sis was assessed with the Gensini scoring system. Then investigate the correlation between the number of EPCs from peripheral blood and coronary artery stenosis. Results:The number of EPCs was significantly reduced in patients with UA campared with control group. And compared to the slight coronary artery stenosis(P〈 0.05), the number in serious stenosis was increased(P〈0.05). The degree of coronary artery stenosis is direct correlation with the number of EPCs(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The number of EPCs was significantly reduced in patients with UA. But serious coronary artery stenosis can increase the number of endothelial progenitor cells.
