0～6岁不同年龄段儿童的静脉采血方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨0～6岁不同年龄阶段儿童适用的采血方法。方法通过对600例0～6岁不同年龄阶段的儿童随机分组,对0～3岁和4～6岁实施静脉采血的儿童分别进行研究,分析几种不同静脉采血方法用于不同年龄阶段儿童的采血效果。结果对于0～3岁的婴幼儿,颈外静脉采血法的成功率高于颞浅静脉采血法和肘静脉采血法,耗时短;对于4～6岁的儿童,肘静脉采血法的成功率高于颈外静脉采血法和内踝静脉采血法,耗时短。结论建议0～3岁的婴幼儿采用颈外静脉采血法,4～6岁的儿童采用肘静脉采血法。Objective On 0～6 years old children in different age stages for blood collection method.Methods Through the different ages of children randomly grouping,600 cases of venous blood in infants with case-control study implementation.Analysis of several different venous blood sampling methods for different age stages of children＇s blood sampling effect.Results For 0～3 years old children,external jugular vein blood sampling success rate than the superficial temporal vein blood sampling method and the median cubital vein blood collection method,short time;for 4～6 years old children,median cubital vein blood sampling success rate is higher than the external jugular vein blood sampling method and the medial malleolus vein blood collection method,time is short.Conclusion Recommendations for 0～3 years old children with external jugular vein blood sampling method,4～6 years old children with median cubital vein blood sampling method.
