摘 要:本文提供了一整套专用于海洋、湖泊、河流等水体沉积物中正构烷烃的检测方法。该方法通过高速离心机对含水沉积物样品进行干燥处理,后续采用快速溶剂萃取仪提取沉积物中的正构烷烃组分,并经固相萃取小柱净化后在GCMS上进行分析检测。实验表明,高速离心机可以去除样品中90%以上的水分,可以满足后续样品提取的要求。检测结果显示,样品中正构烷烃(nC14-nC28)的加标回收率在61%~95%范围内,样品的检测精密度在3%~22%之间。本研究开发的方法可预期的应用于国家海洋石油勘探等方面的研究工作。This article provides a method to determine n-alkanes in the sediments of oceans,lakes,rivers and other water bodies.The researchers employed high-speed centrifuge for drying the aqueous sediment samples,and then the dried samples were extracted by pressurized solvent extractor.The extract containing n-alkanes component was purified by solid phase extraction column and be detected on GCMS.The experiments showed that the high-speed centrifuges could remove more than 90% of the moisture in the samples.It's satisfied to meet the requirements of the subsequent sample extraction.The data from GCMS showed that the recoveries of n-alkanes(nC14-nC28) were in the range of 61 to 95%,RSD between 3 to 22%.The method can be expected to be applied to the study of the National Offshore Oil exploration work.
