摘 要:目的:探讨老年骨质疏松骨折患者血清铁水平并分析其临床意义。方法:分别检测121例老年(60岁以上)骨质疏松骨折患者,120例中青年(50岁以下)外伤骨折患者以及70例正常人腰椎骨密度T值和血清铁蛋白水平。结果:骨质疏松骨折患者血清铁蛋白均值为253.8ng/ml,明显高于中青年骨折组(79.9ng/ml)和健康人群组(92.4ng/ml)(P<0.01);骨质疏松骨折患者腰椎T值为-2.26,亦明显高于中青年骨折组(0.36)和健康人群组(-0.16)(P<0.01)。结论:老年骨质疏松骨折患者中血清铁水平明显升高,提示血清铁水平升高是老年骨质疏松的重要相关因素。Objective: To explore the relationship between osteoporosis and serum ferritin in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture, Method:Serum ferritin was examined and T value of spine BMD was calculated in 121 elderly patients (960 years old) with osteoporotic fracture. 120 younger men(≤50 years old) with traumatic fracture and 70 healthy volunteer were selected as controls. Result:The average serum ferritin in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture (253. 8 ng/ml) was higher than younger men with traumatic fracture (79. 9 ng/ml) and healthy volunteers (92.4 ng/ml)(P〈0.01). T value of spine BMD in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture was -2.26 ,and was 0.36 in younger men with traumatic fracture and was -0.16 in 70 healthy volunteers(P〈0. 01). Conclusion:Serum ferritin level increased in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture. Serum ferritin level in elderly patients with osteoporasis is a strong factor correlated to osteoporosis.
