摘　　要：集成化产品和过程开发(IPPD)是一种在新产品开发过程中有效的控制费用、减少时间、提升质量的系统管理工具。本文在剖析IPPD内涵的基础上,构建了IPPD环境下的产品开发管理模式,模式中分为项目实施流程、集成的思想、工作控制、支撑工具、信息环境等五个功能模块。最后给出了实施IPPD的关键管理要素,旨在为企业新产品开发过程中提供一种先进的管理思路和实操方法。The Integrated Product and Process Development （IPPD） is a system management tool for new product development so as to conlrol cost, reduce the time, and improve quality. Based on the analysis of IPPD connotation, the paper constructs the product development management mode in IPPD environment. The mode is divided into five functional modules of the project implementation process, integrated thought, job control, support tools, and information environment. Finally, the key management factors of IPPD implementing are given, means to provide an advanced management ideas and practical operation method for new product development process.
