摘　　要：本文叙述某厂同步机励磁系统在近两年频繁发生励磁故障而引发的跳车事故,但励磁柜却无故障报警信号,针对存在的问题和不足,进行分析和技术攻关并提出了解决这些故障所采取的方法,并对此进行相应的改进,同时也介绍了同步电动机励磁系统的组成,无刷励磁系统装置的工作原理。This paper describes a synchronous machine excitation system in nearly two years of frequent faults in the excitation caused by the jump of car accidents, but excitation cabinet without fault alarm signal, in view of existing problems and shortcomings are analyzed and the technology tackles key problem, and puts forward the fault taken by the method, and makes the corresponding improvement, it also introduces the excitation system for synchronous motor, brushless excitation system device working principle
