基于人才需求的高职软件技术专业“引导体验式”教学模式的研究

摘　　要：本文针对高职计算机软件专业培养与社会需求脱节的问题,提出了"引导体验式"教学模式并阐述了该模式的概念、特点及其运行方式。"引导体验式"教学模式强调学生的主体参与,注重学生基础知识与专业技能,关注学生职业道德培养。应用该模式培养软件技术人才,符合软件市场需要的具有‘扎实的理论基础+专业深入的技术技能+精准娴熟的工程实践’的用人需要,保证学生毕业后顺利走上工作岗位,同时具有向高级岗位发展的潜能。According to the problem of the vocational computer software professional cultured touch with social needs, this paper proposed‘Guide- Experience’teaching model and its concept, characteristics and operation mode. This teaching model emphasizes students’participation, value basic knowledge; strengthen professional skills, and attention to student ethics training. Employers need to apply the model to train the software technical personnel to meet the market demand with‘a solid theoretical foundation ＋ professional and in-depth technical skills ＋ skilled precision engineering practice’, which enable students to successfully embarked on jobs after graduation, and has the potential for development to senior positions.
