摘　　要：随着我国各类卫生信息系统应用的普及,产生了大量用于评估人群健康状况和卫生系统绩效的卫生统计指标。数量众多且内容庞杂的统计指标给用户利用指标带来诸多不便。本文在充分文献分析的基础上,探讨了卫生统计指标选择的一般方法,总结了指标选择的10个步骤,旨在为我国卫生领域满足特定用户或项目需求的卫生统计指标选择提供一种可行的方法学参照。Along with the application of various health information systems in China, many indicators for assessing the health status of populations and evaluating the performances of health systems have emerged. The diversity and complexity of these indicators bring much inconvenience. Based on literature review, this article introduces the general methods （10 steps） for health indicator selection, with an attempt to provide a methodology for screening effective and efficient health indicators for specific users or projects.
